All buffets are for a minimum of 40 guests. For buffet with two entrees, please add $3.50 to the higher priced selection. Please add 18% service charge and sales tax to all menu prices. Luncheon Buffets include disposable dinnerware and professional staffing. If China/ Linen service is desired, please add $4.50 per person. Ask about our new “china-like” disposables….the look of china and silver at half the cost. If a plated, sit-down luncheon is desired rather than buffet, please add additional $4.00 per person.
